Search are looking for an experienced Administrator and play a vital role within well established close-knit team.
Responsibilities
• Mailbox management, general enquiries
• Demonstrating high attention to detail when inputting data into spreadsheets
• Handling inbound calls professionally, assisting internal staff, and directing general inquiries
Requirements
• Previous experience in administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Good communication skills when interacting with others
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team
