Nurse Specialist (Cardiac Rehabilitation)

The Role

We are seeking to recruit a caring, dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist Nurse Service, based at University Hospital Hairmyres.

The successful candidate will work autonomously within the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient centred cardiac rehabilitation, including inpatient and outpatient education and support, nurse led clinics and exercise programme to promote recovery and self management.
