Your role

Facilitating strategy execution: Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as a sparring partner for the Executive Leadership Team to advance and implement our five-year DHI+ strategy. Take leadership in selected strategic projects, ensuring they are aligned with and effectively execute our business objectives. You will also be responsible for facilitating the annual strategy meeting, as well as preparing strategy execution plans, monitoring progress and present status to the ELT.
