The C-26 Army Transport Aircraft FSR / Lead Mechanic/ Trainer - oversees, and coordinates established training on behalf of the recently relocated C26 aircraft in Djibouti. Provides organizational training activities to ensure the mechanics, develop and conduct maintenance according to the C-26 OEM maintenance manual. Supervises and evaluates training facilitators and is responsible for all aspects of training requirements including training program assessment. (Short-term contract).
• Consults with program management to conduct overall needs assessments to ensure training needs are met.
• Studies and identifies individual or group training requirements, and administers plans, procedures, and programs to meet recognized training needs.
• Develops and monitors compliance with the organizations comprehensive Master Training Plan (MTP) in QT9.
