Main goal:

The UEFA Women's Football Development Assistant assists with the implementation of UEFA's women's football strategy and ensure the smooth delivery of women's football development and professionalisation projects and activities to member associations and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Providing support for projects and programmes designed to develop and professionalise the women's game;
- Assisting and liaising with UEFA member associations and stakeholders;
- Supporting the UEFA Women's Football Development Programme, including collecting, monitoring and reviewing applications and reports;
- Supporting other programmes such as UEFA Playmakers (as required);
- Coordinating research, datasets, surveys and analyses; with particular reference to the professional game;
