When you join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor , you will be a key contributor to the maintenance of the mill equipment and will be responsible for the supervision of the maintenance crew while providing professional service and ensuring a safe working environment.

What You'll Do
• Manage safety first – lead by example, operate to the highest standards and conform to all regulations.
• Lead through continued and frequent interaction with Maintenance Trades staff.
• Set and communicate directions to the maintenance crew.
• Ensure quality of maintenance work performed.
• Effectively manage the work management system to minimize interruptions to the continuous operation of the sawmill, planer mill, and kilns.
• Oversee machine centre performance (mechanical/electrical).
• Conduct performance reviews and schedule vacation for maintenance crew.
