Job Description

Directly implement image processing and create engaging content to maintain or support various communication campaigns for the company's brands across diverse platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and websites.

Propose creative ideas for communication campaigns that resonate with customer insights and generate good virality.

Collaborate with the content planning team for the brand.

Work with the Media Production Team on scripts, mood boards for filming/photography, and ensure product quality control.

Manage key communication channels of the brand to ensure content and visuals are consistently updated, aligning with the brand's voice.

Responsible for press communication content and coordination with relevant departments to handle communication crises.

Manage comments and communicate with relevant departments to address customer inquiries.

Proactively update on market trends and new communication channels to apply to work.
