Overview: The IT Support Administrator is responsible for providing technical assistance and support for all computer systems, hardware, software, networking infrastructure, and SCADA systems across the company's oil jetty operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests from oil jetty staff and operations personnel
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer/network issues, software errors, hardware failures, connectivity problems, SCADA system errors, etc. in a timely manner
• Install, configure, upgrade and maintain SCADA software, HMI applications, and related control systems
• Monitor and optimize performance of SCADA systems for oil jetty operations
• Provide training to operations staff on using SCADA systems and HMI applications
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, peripherals, operating systems, and software applications
