Requirements :
• Master Degree in Psychology.
• Having minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment in IT Industry.
• Experienced in Headhunting for the level manager and up.
• Experienced handling full cycle of recruitment process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Independent and Communicative.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office.
• Good in English (both written and speaking).
• Experienced in conducting competency-based interviews, psychological and assessment test report analysis.

Job Description :
• Manage the assignment of available IT resources to fill vacant positions, ensuring optimized utilization.
• Manage day to day HR Recruitment Phintraco Group Team to ensure recruitment process done in proper way.
• Build good relationship to all Recruitment Partners and Vendors.
