Job Title: Legal Compliance Executive

Reports to: Managing Partner

Supervises: None

Internal Relations: Colleagues

External Relations: Clients

KEY JOB ROLES

Job Duties and Tasks:

1. Responsible for providing legal advice to the company and all clients in relation to regulatory compliance.

2. To serve as Company Secretary representative for assigned company secretarial clients

3. Drafting and review of contracts, commercial agreements, lease, assignments, condominium agreements, MOUs, partnership/collaboration of agreements at the firm

4. May be requested to represent the company and it’s in all legal related meetings

5. Handle labour related cases and representing clients at the labour commission.

6. Responsible for carrying out Company Secretarial duties for clients in accordance with the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992, Section 212).

7. Management of enquiries, facilitating and processing of client request.
