Ihre Aufgaben
• Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung der gesamten Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
• Erstellen und Überarbeiten von Personaldokumenten wie Dienstverträge, Dienstzeugnisse, Vereinbarungen etc.
• Erste Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeiter bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
• Beratung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei der Abwicklung von Karenzen, Bildungsteilzeiten, Altersteilzeiten etc.
• Planung und Organisation von Schulungs- und Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
