Role Description

This is a full time hybrid position located in Howrah for an Advocate. The Advocate will provide legal advice and assist clients in resolving legal disputes, draft legal documents such as wills or contracts, and represent clients in court proceedings. The Advocate will also research and interpret laws, statutes and regulations, and provide legal advice to clients. Some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of the laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated expertise in legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents
• Experience with Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methodologies is preferable
