marketing agency. You will join the Finance team and report directly to the Finance Director.

The scope of
responsibilities for this job as
Finance Coordinator includes:
• Verification & booking of sales invoices ;
• Verification, booking and payment of purchase invoices ;
• Booking of bank accounts (CODAs) ;
• Monitoring of customer payments (Risk Debtor Analysis) and reminders ;
• Followup of suppliers' balance and reminders to operational staff for missing or incorrect invoices ;
• Clearing and cleaning of GL accounts, customer and supplier accounts ;
• Assistance in closing events (verification of accounting files against accounting, cleaning of disbursement accounts,...) ;
• Creation of analytical codes ;
