Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager role located in Nha Trang. As a Sales Manager at Vinasea Corp, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Good understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
