Large, busy Restaurant in Knysna is currently looking for an experienced and qualified Restaurant General Manager to organize & run the restaurant activities in accordance with company's standards.
• Meets restaurant financial objectives in food & beverage, payroll & restaurant costs
• Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing plans
• Controls purchases and inventory in accordance with set restaurant budgets
• Maintains operations in accordance with the set policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent productivity and quality.
• Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food and beverage service offerings
• Screening & interviewing suitable candidates for junior vacancies & ensuring that the necessary training is given to new recruits
• Ensure that guests are enjoying their visit to our restaurant
