Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate project plans and specifications to determine material and labor requirements for custom fencing projects
• Adhere to the company’s pre-existing procedures for accurate cost estimates
• Manage multiple fence projects at a time
• Develop and uphold all relationships with vendors, subcontractors, owners, etc
• Collaborate with the owner, crew leads, and other team members to develop bids and proposals
• Order materials after bid award, as needed
• Communicate with clients to gather information and answer questions about the estimate, ensure project completion per deadlines, and coordinate with crew leads and clients through each project
• Maintain accurate and complete records of estimates and bid proposals
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in building codes

Preferred Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering, or a related field
