Support AnalystThis position delivers world-class service to support Philips customers, end-users, and administrators of Philips IntelliSpace Cardiovascular (ISCV), ROCC, Xcelera, XPER IM, Tomtec, Performance Bridge, and ForCare, among others.

This position is hýbrid for Blumenau SC
Your role:
• Answer calls from customers in the Americas.
• Provide problem resolution and clearly document and reproduce all steps taken during problem resolution in appropriate internal tracking systems.
• Takes independent actions and calculates risks in solving customer issues while working autonomously with little supervision.
• Troubleshooting Windows operating system and hardware issues quickly and effectively.

• A bachelor's degree in IT or similar or still coursing.
• Fluente or Advanced English skills: oral, written communication, and presentation skills with good diction, grammar, and tone
