DC Hands & Feet: Operations and management of business and non-

business critical Datacenters (Hosted service) at the local LOM Level.

Operational Reviews & Audits

Lifecycle Services

Datacenter Management

Datacenter Site Monitoring

Planned & Predictive Maintenance

Remote Service

Datacenter Emergency Response

Vendor Management

SLA and KPI Management

Reporting, Via Dashboard & PowerPoint

Conduct Governance Meetings & take Minutes

Take Ownership of Issues and Problem-solving End to End

Team Management (Stand-in as required for DC Lead)

Transition / Transformation / Decommissioning / Projects

Change Control (CAB) Attendance & Stakeholder

Demand and Capacity Management

Experience in Datacenter Infrastructure management, Datacenter full
