Job Description

Reporting to the Compliance Operation Manager (Italy), the transaction review assistant shall provide support on the execution of the following activities: the monitoring and analysis of transactions, the management of inbound telephone calls relating to the status of orders blocked for reasons related to anti-money laundering legislation; the management of out-bound calls in order to administer further anti-money laundering courses to agents and/or their operators authorized to operate in the System, the conduct of ad hoc interviews with customers for whom in-depth information regarding the remittance activity; the processing of lists of transactions requested by customers.
