• Labor Relations strategy & implementation; negotiation strategy labor contracts, Employee Relations strategy for non unionized sites
• Coordinates the activities regarding execution of defined range of tasks related to daily, operational and project HR activities (ensure delivery on quality and cost), realization of the talent strategy
• Implements standards & ensures harmonization in HR in the country, ensuring local specialties been respected by CoE
