B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Process Manager in our Metallurgy team.

As a Process Manager at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.

The Process Manager is responsible for controlling manufacturing processes in order to improve the rolling mill's operational efficiency.

He/she develops a strategy to improve the performance and capability (development of new products/formats) of the production lines and increase the operational efficiency indicator (OEE: Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

To carry out his/her mission successfully, he/she will manage three engineers and up to 35 technicians. He/she will implement an individual development plan in line with the strategy to develop this team.
