RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of financial reports and reconciliation.
• Prepares specialized reports, statements, surveys or analysis for management.
• Maintains accounting and budget records.
• Reviews statements of accounting information and other reports provided by the hospital's general ledger system.
• Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
• Manage the annual audit process in conjunctions with the External Auditor to ensure statutory account are produced on time.
• Handling of petty cash, recording office expenditure.
• Responsible for preparation of Annual account and Management report information.
• Invoice Processing.
• Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
• Performs related work as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Must have first degree/HND in Accounting or Finance.

2. Membership of ICAN is required

3. Good knowledge of MS Excel and Accounting packages.
