The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients in the procedure/emergency room of the Medical Practice, while adhering to compliance standards.

Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to)
• Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians.
• Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone.
• Administer medication, injections, set up intravenous lines, wound dressings, vitals, assist doctors with procedures (e.g. stitches)
• Stock control and ordering of stock.
• Laboratory reports filing and follow up.
• Do Effort ECGs and Lung function tests.
• Computer Literate

Qualifications
• Must be a Registered Professional or Enrolled Nurse with current licensure
• Candidate must be able to lift and position patients on examination bed/stretcher and transport patients with wheelchair.
• Must be fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) More Detail
