1. Customer Service
o Guarding and Operations
o Guarding needs
o Deployment/postings
o Supervisors and Seniors
o Equipment
o HR Support
o Control Room
o Direct and monitor route planning
o Monitor postings in coordination with HR
o Manage Controllers
o Logistical Support
o Training, Evaluation, Motivation
o Transport
o Daily System checks
2. Client Liaison
o Customer Relations Management
o Weekly meetings and monthly comms
o Reports
o Problem Solving and reaction
o Systems check reports
3. Sales
o Liaise with client inform about possible equipment/services
o Communicate with Sales Team
o Follow up
