JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Participate in supporting document processing, handling, and drafting service contracts, as well as conducting acceptance tests for clients.
• Conduct research and contact customers to introduce the company and the products/services it provides.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate advice and recommendations.
• Search for new customers and partners according to personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and expand customer projects, as well as maintain relationships with customers.
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
• Report work results to the Sales Manager and the Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with the team to perform other assigned tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree or study abroad experience is an advantage.
• Over 2 years of work experience in business development or sales at an IT outsourcing company.
• Knowledge of multiple industries and markets related to IT, especially in the B2B sector.
