Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Amazon Virtual Assistant, located in Sialkot. The Amazon Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing the Amazon account, product listing, handling customer queries, and managing the online store by ensuring the latest prices and product details are always up to date. The Amazon Virtual Assistant will work with a team of experts and support staff to expedite the delivery of ordered goods and maintain customer satisfaction through timely feedback.

Qualifications
• Prior experience managing Amazon accounts is preferred
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, PPC and other relevant e-commerce platforms
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
