LagosJob Purpose:
• The Business development executive will sell automotive, property, casualty, life, health and other types of insurance policies and coverage.
• To secure additional revenue streams from upselling, cross sales, new business and third-party credit opportunities.
• Apply technical expertise to clearly understand the clients requirements and customize insurance program that align with their needs.
Job Environment:
This job is field based and would require traveling to customers premises, which in some instances may be completed outside of normal office hours.
Knowledge and Experience
• The principles, practices and legalities of General insurance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• The Nigeria Insurance market in respect of commercial insurances
• Risk assessment in major commercial classes of insurance, including material damage, business interruption, liability and motor fleet
• Report writing and presentation techniques
