The Role

S.A.W Resourcing Ltdare currently recruiting for an experiencedPart Time EVENING Customer Services Assistanton behalf of our clients based in Melton Mowbray tostart in August 2024. The main duties of the role include:-
• Answering incoming telephone calls from customers/ clients wishing to place an order or enquire about products, services, delivery or complaints.
• Responding to customer emails in a professional and polite manner.
• Taking payments over the telephone
• Dealing with all enquiries on products and services

This is atemporary roleuntil approx. October 2024HOWEVER, possibility to extend until January 2025(if you are available). Evening Part Time - Monday to Friday4pm - 8pm

Students on term holiday until October and experienced applicants all welcome to apply.
