As a customer service specialist, you support the team within all functions of the import & export process, such as general day-to-day business, as well as our sales department and enable a smooth process by providing accurate and timely information. You will handle customer concerns via phone and E-Mail, hence strengthening the performance of our overall operation.

Your area of responsibility:

· Processing orders, creating pick lists, packing slips, invoices and credit notes

· Communication with customers in english and german

· Regular coordination with the parent company in Israel

· Coordination of logistical import and export processes with forwarder agencies, customers and customs

· Master data maintenance within our ERP system

· Management of backorders and logistical claims

· Creation of long-term supplier declarations (LLE)

Your qualifications:

· Successfully completed training in the freight forwarding sector or similar commercial training
