Become a crucial part of the Brownston Accommodation Experience team and help us provide an exceptional stay for our staff this winter! We're seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Hostel Assistant to contribute to our hostel's daily operations, from reception services to ensuring staff comfort and safety. This is a fixed term position, until the end of October.

Key responsibilities include:
• Reception Excellence: Provide a warm and welcoming reception experience for our staff, including responding to inquiries and organising activities.
• Reservation Management: Manage online reservations, allocate rooms efficiently, and assist guests with new reservations made via phone, email, or in person.
• Housekeeping Support: Assist the housekeeping team with room and communal area cleaning when necessary, maintaining our high cleanliness standards.
