As a Sales Associate at MoAde Value Farm, you will work with the Director, Product Development and Sales to carry out the following:

Product Development:

•⁠ ⁠Conducting market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

•⁠ ⁠Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

•⁠ ⁠Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute new

product development initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborating with the operations team to ensure product excellence.

•⁠ ⁠Monitoring and analyzing product performance, customer feedback, and market

trends to make data-driven decisions.

•⁠ ⁠Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and industry experts.

•⁠ ⁠Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.

Sales:

•⁠ ⁠Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

•⁠ ⁠Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing excellent
