About The Role

In this role you will provide people-focused leadership and guidance to the Processing team, to enable safe and stable operations at Prominent Hill..

As an experienced Manager you will be required to develop strong collaborative and consultative working relationships with key stakeholders across the business to identify issues and opportunities to improve efficiency and simplify internal processes.

You will also play a key part in maintaining a safe workplace with strong team engagement. Ensuring that all safety incidents are investigated to a high standard as well as taking preventative action and communicating all incident learnings to the team and wider Prominent Hill stakeholders.

Location: Prominent Hill , South Australia (60-minute flight from Adelaide / 30-minute flight from Port Augusta)

Roster: TBC
