Apartment Maintenance Technician - Grove at Linda & Plumas Family

Buckingham Property Management has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician involving oversight of the daily operations of a multi-resident Affordable Housing apartment complex at its Plumas Family property in Yuba City, California and its Grove at Linda property in Linda, California!

The selected individual will have at least two (2) years of experience in commonly used practices and procedures in the maintenance field. You will hit the ground running with your working knowledge of basic maintenance repairs and troubleshooting, timely completion of work orders and turnover of units in preparation for quality move-ins. Related training in plumbing, electrical and/or appliance repairs is a plus.
