The Central Mail Room Clerk picks up and delivers up mail, packages and other supplies campus wide, to include the classroom buildings for the 10,000 students attending Rhode Island College (RIC), laboratories, offices, athletic facilities for the 19 varsity sports and the dining hall.
The Central Mail Room Clerk also sorts and picks up mail from the United States Postal Service and provides a courier service to multiple state agencies.
Additionally, the Central Mail Room Clerk does related work as required.
The work hours for this position are from 7:
30am to 4:
00pm, Monday thru Friday with a 30-minute lunch break.
