Duties: Provide legal advice to corporate and individual clients on various tax-related issues including tax and estate planning and strategy, tax compliance for a variety of business structures such as sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company, C corporation, and S Corporation; Set up various complex trusts for individual estate planning purpose such as Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust, Charitable Remainder Unitrusts, Special Need Irrevocable Trust, Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts; Prepare and Draft wills, trust declarations and memoranda to meet clients' estate planning goals; Assist not-for-profit businesses in obtaining tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status, reestablishing exemption status, and advising on Form 990 special requirements...
