This position is a Fish and Wildlife Biologist, GS- 0401-12 working in Avon Park Air Force Range, Avon Park, Florida, for the R4-Florida Ecological Services Field Office.
Duties

This position serves as Fish and Wildlife Biologists, GS-0401-12, with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) as part of the Florida Air Force Partnership. The Florida Air Force partnership is a cooperative relationship between the Air Force and the Service to work together and further both military readiness and conservation. The position involves working full-time on an Air Force installation under the supervision of a Service biologist who oversees the Florida Air Force Partnership, and interfacing and working with Air Force military and civilian personnel (including biologists), and in many cases, other Service biologists that work on this and other Air Force bases and at local Ecological Services field stations.
