Qualifications :

- A seasoned business professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management, ideally within the F&B industry. (Coffee industry is a plus)
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing new franchise locations.
- Strong understanding of franchise business models, legalities, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and coaching franchisees to ensure operational excellence.
