A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:Delivering service to our customers as per Intercontinental standards as well as ShaSha's standardsEndeavour to resolve all complaints during shift by alerting Manager on Duty and assisting him/herSupervise cash handling and banking proceduresPrepare daily banking and cash flow reportsSupervise the maintenance of service equipmentMonitor standards of guest facilities and servicesControl stock and monitor security proceduresProducing quality beverages (i.e. mocktails, hot beverages, etc.) to ensure guests satisfaction Mastering food knowledge in order to assist guests on orders and ensuring the fulfilment of guests’ requirementsHelping and caring for guests in any way requiredWhat we need from you:Great communication skillsAbility to think calmly under pressureWillingness to learn open-mindedlyPassion of food and curiosity for something newBasic organisation skills in restaurant operationAbility to work in a...
