Boland Cellar, situated in Paarl, requires the services of a dynamic and energetic individual to take responsibility for the maintenance of the wine cellar and premises.

Responsibilities:
• Development, implementation and management of maintenance plan
• Repair and maintenance of wine cellar equipment & machines, buildings, terrain, garden and vehicles
• Liaison with contractors
• Purchases and stock control
• Management of workshop
• Team management
• Compliance with health & safety measures

Requirements:
• Qualified Artisan (fitter / millwright / electrician)
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
• Experience at a wine cellar will be advantageous
• Well-developed technical knowledge and skills
• Practical and technical approach to work
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to go the extra mile and to work under pressure
• Drivers’ licence
