Our client a large Concern within the Fast Food Industry, Nationally, is currently recruiting an Area Manager for Cape Town, to commence duties soonest. Please note that the candidates applying for this position must have experience in the KFC, Hungry Lion, or any other fast food industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure that staffing levels are determined as per business levels and requirements
• Ensure that all reporting and control procedures in the areas of operational compliance are in place.
• Maximize sales and profit through operational excellence.
• Implement a plan to improve performance and ensure the achievement of monthly objectives for restaurants.
• Oversee prompt and appropriate resolution of all complaints (health inspectors, customers, and employees)
