Eram Talent is looking for a highly motivated Safety Advisor to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry. As a Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring safe work practices are adhered to, and all safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and maintain safety procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct safety audits and assessments to identify and address potential hazards and risks.
• Provide safety training for employees to create a safe and healthy working environment.
• Conduct investigations into safety incidents and identify root causes and corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in safety meetings and communicate safety-related information to all relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and implement improvements with regards to safety within the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
