Mission of this role:

Responsible for planning, leadership the implementation, maintenance, and development of quality system. Responsible for the resource planning to support the quality activities implementation. Site supervision of the quality team located in the technical center in Japan in collaborating of Asia Quality Management Team – include Customer Quality, Failure Analysis and Quality System.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall Japan quality performance and resource meeting customer and internal requirements. Site supervision of the quality team located in the Japan engineering center.
• Ensure the quality function is properly staffed with the right level of competence by training and development, and with the right quality culture including value and behavior. Promote the quality culture within the entire engineering center.
