£25,000 to £27,000 plus package

Our client is a Suffolk based Civils and Utilities company. They provide services to the water industry and are currently looking to recruit an administrator to join their project delivery team. The role is a hybrid role with office visits to their premises near Stowmarket, Suffolk.

ROLE:
• Creating documentation to be issued to site, including work instructions
• Liaising with technical departments and assist, where necessary
• Completing and issuing whereabouts documents to relevant departments and external customers
• Chase paperwork from clients and asset owners
• Ensure systems are kept up to date
• Completing and submitting paperwork to relevant personnel
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
• Create and maintain weekly/monthly reports
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
