Customer Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

As Customer Quality Engineer (m/f/d) you will provide the best possible service in relation to technical problem solving, servicing our heat pump customers. The position is based in our European Headquarter in Aachen and includes close collaboration with sales, marketing, manufacturing, engineering and others to ensure cross-functional communication and resolution of product issues.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Customer facing function to solve technical problems to support the residential heating market.

Initiate and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using problem solving methodologies.

Continuous process improvement to deliver high quality products and solutions.

Support the New Product Development process to release new products onto the market with the highest quality.

Drive Copelands quality target of zero defects.

Our ideal candidate:

Holds an engineering or industrial engineering degree.
