We are looking for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join the Portakabin team based at our Donabate site. As an integral member of our HR team, you will support the People Operations Manager in all people matters including absence, disciplinary, capability, talent, recruitment, to be the first port of call for all colleagues in Ireland.

Role Details
• Role based: Donabate (K36 K759)
• Salary: Up to €55,000
• Contract type: Permanent
• Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

Role Responsibilities
• Be the first port of call for all Ireland Managers and colleagues, offering sound commercial prompt advice and guidance.
• To work with the People Operations Manager on cases throughout UK including Hire, Site Accommodation.
• To provide appropriate advice and guidance to Managers in Site Accommodation UK
• Support the full recruitment cycle from advertising through to offer stage, working with Hire Managers in accordance with targets
