Responsibilities:
• Provide legal guidance to business units to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Liaise with external legal counsel to manage legal issues, disputes, and litigation cases.
• Draft, review, negotiate contracts, and offer legal advice on diverse contract types.
• Conduct regular training sessions and provide guidance to business units.
• Manage and systematize contracts, agreements, and legal documentation using both paper and electronic filing systems.
• Execute assigned tasks promptly and efficiently under the direction of supervisors.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in law.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an in-house legal department in Thailand.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability, with a willingness to tackle challenges.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication in Chinese or English.
• Lawyer license is a plus.
