Optimize parts storage to facilitate efficient put-away, shipping, and space utilization. Plan, coordinate and assist with execution of redesign and redevelopment of optimal warehouse storage practices. Responsible for Packaging design. Verify and validate supplier’s packaging proposal.
• Cooperate with local & international suppliers to design packaging and supply to manufacturing process in good quality and trial packaging work with other area to approval the packaging standard.
• Logistic cost analyst and improvement to both processes, packing and transportation as requirement.
• Design the suitable delivery method as manufacturing process to align with the production line.
• Design supply method for new model and current model improvement.
• Design and optimize warehouse layout which can further improving the effectiveness of operation process and production volume.
