On behalf of our client, a manufacturing company in Batang, we are currently looking for an HSE Mandarin Speaker!

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, review, and communicate HSE policies and procedures tailored to the manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, conducting regular audits and assessments.
• Lead risk assessments and implement proactive measures to create a safe working environment.
• Design and deliver comprehensive HSE training programs for manufacturing teams.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures for manufacturing facilities.
• Manage environmental programs to reduce our manufacturing footprint and improve sustainability.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HSE programs.
