Roles and Responsibility: Provide order entry support and process customer delivery requests. Perform data entry, sales order and follow up the shipment. Respond and handle customer inquiries about company's products. To monitor stock level and place order as and when needed. To maintain and update the inventory report include stock count as per schedule. Provide necessary support to Operation and Sales Team. Attend to incoming calls. Performing any other tasks necessary to keep the department running smoothly. Qualification & Requirements: Minimum 2 years in sales coordinations. Good time management skills. Able to communicate well. Attention to details. Required language: English, Bahasa and Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
