The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Area Hotel Manager to join the team in Madeira Region. This is a role with responsibility for more than 12 hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the business and a team of senior managers to ensure KPI´s are met
• Maintaining established cost and quality standards maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations
• Analyze financial reports and business records/ statistical reports
• Overseeing the several hotels’ operations and contribute for continuous improvements.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as Cluster Manager or relevant role in the hotel field (5 and 4 stars) - minimum of 10 years in a senior role;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
